Shopping
We have tried to make shopping as simple and secure as possible. To purchase an item click the “add to cart” button and continue shopping. Once you are finished shopping, click the “checkout” button and enter the required information. If your shipping address is in the state of NC, you are subject to state sales tax. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Paying
Our online store accepts MasterCard and Visa only.
Shipping and Handling
We ship anywhere in the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping and handling charges are determined by Kelly Rightsell Designs and are calculated and shown during the checkout process. Orders for Hawaii and Alaska may be subject to additional shipping charges not shown during checkout. If so, we will contact you for approval prior to completing your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Good Things Take Time
We are happy to offer you a variety of framing choices when you order Kelly’s framed art. Because we custom frame each piece to order, orders including framed art typically ship within 10 business days. Orders that do not include framed art are typically shipped within 5 business days. If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you via email and inform you of the availability status. At that time you will have the option of making changes to your order.
Product Colors & Display
Every monitor displays colors differently. Given that challenge, we have done our best to accurately display the colors of the products shown on our website. However, we cannot be responsible for how the colors appear on your particular monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture or detail of our products will be accurate.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any item you received please carefully follow the instructions below:
For items received damaged, defective, or incorrectly due to an error by our company: we will happily replace the item at no additional charge. Please follow the instructions below if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
For items you wish to return for any reason other than damage, defect, or an error by our company, you may:
1) return it for a full refund upon receipt by Kelly Rightsell Designs (less shipping charges)
2) Exchange it for another item
Please follow the instructions below if you wish to return an item that is not damaged, defective or incorrect:
Kelly Rightsell Designs cannot refund shipping charges of returned merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest customers send all returns via insured UPS for protection in the event of loss or damage
Instructions for Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items
Requests for returns, exchanges, or replacement must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the item. To insure that we are able to take care of your request as efficiently as possible, please follow the steps below:

a. invoice number found in the upper right corner of your packing list
b. bill to name
c. item(s) you wish to return or exchange
d. reason for the return or exchange
e. specify if you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange it for another item.
