Our customer service goals are simple: We want you to be completely thrilled with any products you purchase from us; and we want to respond to your inquiries quickly and politely

Kelly B. Rightsell Designs, Inc. is owned and operated by Kelly & Brian Rightsell. We started our company in 1997 when we realized Kelly's art was increasingly popular among friends and family. Our products are designed to enhance your decor and hopefully add a bit of happiness to your life. Our customer service hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. We will respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible; and defintely within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shopping Security

In order to make your shopping experience simple and secure, we partnered with one of the biggest and most trusted names in the industy, Yahoo!. Shipping

We ship all orders via UPS anywhere in the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping charges are calculated during the check out process by UPS based on the contents of your order, your ship-to location, and the level of service you choose (ground, 3 day select, or next day air). You're in control of your shipping costs and delivery time-just choose the option that's right for you.

Order Processing

We process all orders the same day we receive them. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. As your order is processed by customer service, we will send you a 2nd e-mail with an estimated shipping time frame. Orders typically leave our facilties as follows:

framed art: 10 business days (we frame each piece to order)
all other items: within 5 business days

Easily calculate the estimated arrival date at your door by using the above timetable and the shipping option you choose during checkout. (exclude weekend days)

In a hurry? Use the notes field in the gift wrap section to communicate this to us, or feel free to give us a call. We are happy to help any way we can.

If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you asap via email and inform you of the availability status. At that time you will have the option of making changes to your order.

If your shipping address is in the state of NC, you are subject to state sales tax.

Product Colors & Display

Every monitor displays colors differently. Given that challenge, we have done our best to accurately display the colors of the products shown on our website. However, we cannot be responsible for how the colors appear on your particular monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture or detail of our products will be accurate. The good news is...returns for this reason are extremely rare.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

return policy summary:
  • damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we will happily replace the item at no additional charge to you.
  • any other reason: item may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges or exchanged for another item.
  • ALL requests for returns must be received within 30 days.
  • fabric and wallpaper may not be returned unless defective.


Kelly Rightsell Designs cannot refund shipping charges of returned merchandise (except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers should send all returns via insured UPS for protection in the event of loss or damage

If you wish to return an item please carefully follow the instructions below:

Requests for returns, exchanges, or replacement must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. To insure that we are able to take care of your request as efficiently as possible, please follow the steps below:
  1. Contact using our contact form
  2. Please provide the following information:
  • invoice number found in the upper right corner of your packing list
  • bill to name
  • item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • reason for the return or exchange
  • specify if you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange it for another item.
  • for exchanges: specify the item you wish to exchange it for
  • phone number you can easily be reached at
We will respond to your request with instructions on where and how to return the item. Please do not return the item until we contact you with instructions.
